What we collect

If you sign up for the newsletter, we collect your email address. If you submit an event, we get whatever you put in the submission (event details and your contact email). That's it. No accounts, no tracking cookies, no ad pixels.

What we do with it

Emails are used to send you the guide you signed up for, or to follow up on an event you submitted. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone. Sponsors never get subscriber data. They get placement, not people.

What we don't do

• No selling or sharing your data. Period.
• No third-party advertising trackers on this site.
• No spam. Every email we send has a working unsubscribe.

Hosting & basic logs

The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (IP addresses, request times) to run and protect the service. Fonts load from Google Fonts. We see aggregate traffic counts, not individual behavior.

Your choices

Want your email removed, or an event submission deleted? Write us at hello@inthetri.com and it's done.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes up on this page with a new effective date.
